Recently, CMC-TEXPAN was awarded two important orders within Siempelkamp projects, both for Russian customers.

At the end of December, Plitspichprom, a company of the "SOYUZ" group, activated a contract with Siempelkamp (the order had been originally agreed in 2014 and then suspended) for the supply of a complete particleboard plant to be built in Balabanovo (Moscow region): the plant is designed to achieve an annual capacity up to 180,000 m3.

For this project, CMC-TEXPAN will provide the core machinery for the glue blending (glue blenders and relevant dosing bins) and mat forming area (three-head forming station).

The forming station will be equipped with "ECO Former SL", CMC-Texpan's innovative wind forming system which has already proven its efficiency on another Russian plant and which is being fitted on several plants all around the world.

Project Kronostar in Sharya (600 km to the north west of Moscow, a location of the Swiss "Krono Holding") is also very important: here, within the main order acquired by Siempelkamp, CMC- TEXPAN will provide its experience in the screening and cleaning area, which is also a core process in particleboard production. The supply will include three screening machines and a gravimetric separator.

These contracts confirm the confidence of Russian customers, which are long-term business partners of CMC-TEXPAN.
